Earpieces

The personal earpiece is compatible with all Phonak headsets. How to get the earpiece: - Order your earpiece in our shop. After receipt of payment we can continue with your order. - You need to visit a LOCAL hearing aid shop or acoustician (e.g. Amplifon). They have to take the mold of your ear. That procedure usually takes only a few minutes (not included in the price). - Send the mold with the form below directly to Phonak Switzerland (address in the form). - The production of your personal earpiece usually takes 4-5 weeks and will be sent to you as soon as possible. Form: here The personal earpiece is provided with the initials of the owner so that there is no danger of confusion. Each earpiece also has a serial number which can be used to order additinal ear inserts at any time.
