The personal earpiece is compatible with all Phonak headsets.
How to get the earpiece:
- Order your earpiece in our shop. After receipt of payment we can continue with your order.
- You need to visit a LOCAL hearing aid shop or acoustician (e.g. Amplifon). They have to take the mold of your ear. That procedure usually takes only a few minutes (not included in the price).
- Send the mold with the form below directly to Phonak Switzerland (address in the form).
- The production of your personal earpiece usually takes 4-5 weeks and will be sent to you as soon as possible.

The personal earpiece is provided with the initials of the owner so that there is no danger of confusion. Each earpiece also has a serial number which can be used to order additional ear inserts at any time.
